Power of Play in collaboration with Mind Adventures have launched an innovative approach to raising awareness of the importance of gender-sensitivity at the work place, and thereby creating and sustaining a supportive environment, retaining top talent and enhancing organizational performance. This training programme introduces participants to the importance of gender sensitivity in the organization and why it is vital for individual and organizational growth.
